A note on rights, and how to request removal.

The Register is a curated index of pre-1996 motor cars listed publicly on third-party marketplaces. Each folio links to its original source. We do not host the vehicles, we do not transact, and we present each entry under the principle of attributed quotation.

If you are the owner, dealer, photographer, or original publisher of any listing represented on The Register and you would like the entry — or any image associated with it — removed, our procedure is brief.

1. Email [email protected] with the folio reference number (visible on each entry) or the URL of the entry on this site.
2. State whether you would like the entire entry removed, or only specific images.
3. If you are not the original publisher, please confirm the basis on which you are requesting removal.

We action takedown requests within five working days. There is no fee. There is no requirement to engage a representative. Our intent is to be a respectful, light-touch presence in the classic motor trade — both in South Africa and the United Kingdom.
